A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jules Beckman, Email: onlineshop@twoeighty.de, Tel: +49 15144 626572) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive type of delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

General Return Instructions

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure suitable packaging to protect the goods from damage in transit.

  2. Please do not return goods to us freight collect (unpaid).

  3. Please note that the above points (1–2) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
